Rental Terms and Conditions
READ CAREFULLY KATHGODAM BIKE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND POLICIES
1: In the case of accident/damage of any part of vehicle, driver shall pay repairing charges + cost of damaged part + next day charges + 500 extra, driver has to bear challan cost and any other kind of cost therein.
2- In case of any accident resulting in injury/casualty, driver will be fully responsible and shall pay all charges what so ever.
3- In case of injury/casualty of the driver itself and co-driver the firm will not liable for any responsibility thereof.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their booking at anytime however the following charges may apply.
• No refund when cancelled within 24 hours of rental departure time.
• A cancellation fee of 25% of the bike rental fee applies when notified within 3 days of rental departure time.
• Full refund if notified before 7 days of rental departure time.
• Any refunds will be made either online/offline.
• Kathgodam Bike Rental (kathgodambikerent.com) reserves the right to amend or cancel any reservation. If this is the case the customer’s reservation will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
